The Visit
Visiting Imagination with the Children of Laurel
Elementary 5th Grade Class 2013, Oceanside CA
When the discussion of the Exhibition was focused on the
Entrance to the Exhibition, the Children noticed that the Wondrous Bronze Sculpture
was entitled “The Visit”.
The Young eager artists were entranced by the concept of
Visiting the sculpture and beyond that the Imagination of James Hubbell. They
decided that their families could visit their own imaginations through their
own works of Art. When asked how their friends and families could visit their
imaginations, the response was “we can make art and put it up on the Internet”.
Thus we have this very wonderful opportunity to visit the Imaginations of the
Children of Laurel Elementary, and a wondrous visit it is!
